Understand your share

The more it sells for,
the more you keep.

Your share is calculated in tiers. Each percentage applies only to that portion of the sale price.

Minimum commissions & bicycle preparation

The current program lists a $30 minimum commission per item and a $200 minimum commission per complete bicycle, described as including shipping and boxing service.

It also lists a $50 complete-bicycle boxing/preparation fee and a $25 frameset fee. Please confirm how these charges apply to your item before consignment; the tier calculator does not subtract them.

When and how do I get paid?

Payouts are processed at month-end for items sold at least 14 days earlier. Payment options include check, Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo. Store credit includes a 5% bonus.

Pricing, reductions & selling time

We research a suitable asking price and can use fixed-price listings or auctions. Tell us if you have a minimum price. The current program allows 10% monthly price reductions if an item does not sell, until sold or collected; discuss that schedule and any price floor with us.

Listing usually takes a couple of weeks. Sales can take a few months, depending on demand, condition, and price. A sale date is not guaranteed.

Repairs, adjustments & parts

The first $25 of labor is covered for each complete bike. Additional labor and parts are deducted from your payout. For example, a $75 labor service results in a $50 labor deduction after the covered amount.

What if I want my item back?

The current return/collection fees are $50 per bicycle, plus applicable parts and labor, or $30 per other item.

Can I ship gear to you?

Yes—contact us with descriptions and photos for approval before shipping. You pay inbound packing and postage. If an item cannot be accepted, you can pay to have it returned or authorize donation.

Do payout rates change by sales channel?

The same payout rates apply whether an item sells locally or online. Applicable minimums, preparation, and repair deductions still apply.
